HP upgraded its All-in-One (AiO) series with all new hardware from Intel and Nvidia for the year 2021. The new HP Envy 34-inch AiO desktop PC is an upgrade over the last year’s 32-inch model and therefore features top of the line specs including a 5K display, Intel Core i9 CPU and an RTX 3080.

The HP Envy 34-inch All-in-One (AiO) PC comes with up to an 11th gen Intel Core i9 octa-core processor for ultrafast computing performance. Furthermore, the HP All in One PC also features up to an Nvidia RTX 3080 GPU, which should be more than enough to play modern games at ultra graphical settings. 

In terms of memory and storage, the HP Envy 34-inch All-in-One (AiO) PC comes with upto 128GB DDR4 RAM and 2TB NVMe SSD. Despite being an AiO PC, users can upgrade the 2021 HP Envy desktop thanks to four additional RAM slots and M.2 SSD upgrade slots.

HP Envy 34-inch All-in-One (AiO) PC has a diverse collection of I/O ports including 2X Thunderbolt 4 ports, 1 USB Type C port, 6 USB Type-A ports, and a 3.5mm HDMI out port. HP paired all these components with an Ultrawide 5k (5120x2160 pixels) monitor featuring two internal Bang and Olufsen speakers and a 15W Qi wireless charger.

The HP Envy 34-inch All-in-One (AiO) PC also comes with a detachable 16MP webcam which users can move throughout the length and breadth of the screen. It is a cool concept as people can now place their webcam where it suits them the most. Additionally, the new HP Envy AiO comes with an HP Palette which features a creative toolkit housing several sketches.

In terms of pricing, the HP Envy 34-inch All-in-One (AiO) PC has a price tag of $1,999 or Rs 1,47,000 (approx). It is available in the US through HP’s online store. The HP Envy 34-inch All-in-One (AiO) PC is not available in India however and no official information is available pertaining to its future launch either. 

We strongly think that HP should launch the HP Envy 34-inch All-in-One (AiO) PC in India as demand for powerful personal computers is at an all-time high.

Google adds Gmail Search Filter Update and Personal Settings for Android Users

Google is continuously updating Google Workspace regularly, and this time, Gmail for Android is getting an improved search feature. Previously we saw the addition of Chat and Spaces along with the change in the UI as well. This time, Google is adding a search filter, which can be used by tapping the search box and will appear just below it. The aim is to allow users to quickly and easily filter email search results on their mobile devices. It will help you find a specific email or information based on the filter selected from the drop-down list. It will either consist of the name of the sender or the timeframe of receiving the email. You can select a single sender or multiple senders at a time. 

Gmail Search Filter Update: Rollout and Availability 

Google announced this feature via the Google Workspace Updates blog. This update has begun to roll out from 20th September and will be available to all the users by the end of October. It will be available to all Google Workspace customers, as well as G Suite Basic and Business customers.

Google Personal results setting for Search on Android

Recently, 9to5Google spotted the addition of Personal results setting on the Google App for Android. This update will be controlling personalised results on Search. Users can turn on or off these settings by following the path Settings > Personal Results on the Google app homepage. It will allow users to disable or enable this option via the app, so you can allow Google to use your account data for personalised results. 

This feature will include: Autocomplete predictions based on your search history  Results based on your account data like your location, dates and reminders Personalised results based on your regular Google activities like what to eat, places to visit, etc.

Windows 11 can be downloaded to your PC starting October 5, minimum system requirements & features revealed

After weeks of speculation and leaks from multiple sources, users can now officially download Windows 11 on their PC starting from October 5, 2021. Following this date, eligible Windows 10 PCs will start receiving the free Windows 11 upgrade. Furthermore, PCs and laptops with pre-installed Windows 11 will also become available for purchase from October 5. 

Windows 11 is the next big update from Microsoft for its popular Windows Operating System. Microsoft officially revealed Windows 11 some months ago and the operating system has been available for beta testers since then.

Windows 11 System Requirements, Launch Date And Features Revealed

To download and run Windows 11 on your PC or laptop it must fulfil specific system requirements, as per Microsoft. The device must include a 1GHz Dual-Core processor or better, 4GB RAM, 64GB Storage, UEFI, Secure boot capabilities and Trusted Platform Module 2.0, a Direct X 12 compatible GPU, and a 9-inch 720p display or better.

The new Windows 11 features include a brand new design, revamped Office 365, and widgets. Windows 11 also has performance-enhancing features like DirectX 12 Ultimate, Direct Storage, and Auto HDR. Windows 11 also features a brand new Microsoft Store which will open the gates for more independent developers and creators to help bring their apps to the platform. Additionally, Windows 11 also includes improved accessibility features along with a ton of optimization.

With this official announcement, laptop manufacturers are gearing up to upgrade their devices as well. However, not every device will get the Windows 11 update on the launch day. Furthermore, each OEM has given its customers the facility to check whether their device is eligible for Windows 11 upgrade or not. Xiaomi 12 to reportedly feature triple 50MP cameras with a 5x periscope lens

Xiaomi 12 is expected to be Xiaomi's next flagship. The phone is already reported to be in production right now, with a launch expected next year. Since the phone will be Xiaomi's flagship, it is expected to feature the best in technology that Xiaomi has to offer, including hardware in the camera department. 

Xiaomi 12 rumoured camera specifications and features

Ahead of the launch, a new leak has revealed key details about the phone's cameras, including the fact that the phone will come with a three-lens set-up with a primary 50-megapixel sensor. The information comes courtesy of Digital Chat Station who claims alongside the 50-megapixel main lens, there will also be a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens. This will be a 5x periscope lens for shooting zoomed-in shots. Previously, we've heard rumours about Samsung’s upcoming 200-megapixel sensor. However, that's possibly going o be used for the Xiaomi 12 Ultra. 

The phone will be an upgrade over the current generation Xiaomi flagship, the Mi 11 Ultra. The Mi 11 Ultra features a 6.81-inch QHD+ (3200x1440 pixels) resolution AMOLED 3D curved display. The display supports upto a 120Hz refresh rate and has a punch-hole notch cutout for the selfie camera. It is capable of producing upto 1 Billion colours and is HDR10+ certified along with Dolby Vision support. The display on the Mi 11 Ultra also offers upto 1700 nits of peak brightness levels. Moreover, the screen is topped with a layer of Gorilla Glass Victus for added protection against regular wear and tear.

On the back, there is a secondary 1.1-inch mini AMOLED display with a 294x126 pixels resolution that is housed on the camera island. This smaller screen is touch-enabled, supports an always-on display and can show notifications or can be used to take selfies from the rear camera.

The Xiaomi Mi 11 Ultra is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 processor that is built on a 5nm manufacturing process with an octa-core CPU that has a prime core running at upto 2.84GHz, three performance cores running at upto 2.42GHz and four power-efficient cores clocked at upto 1.80GHz. This is paired with Adreno 660 GPU that is responsible for handling the graphics duties on the phone along with 12GB RAM and upto 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.

Apple Mac Mini M1X could debut in November with a powerful 32-Core GPU

A report from Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman indicates that Apple Mac Mini M1X will most likely launch during the company’s November event this year. The upcoming Mac Mini will feature a new design and a powerful M1X chip, as per the report. 

The next generation Macbook Pro rumoured to feature the M1X chip which has a 10 Core CPU (8 performance cores and 2 high-efficiency cores) and a 16 or 32 core GPU, will share the silicon with the new Apple Mac Mini as well.

Apple Mac Mini M1X Specs, Launch Date

The new Apple Mac Mini M1X will feature a smaller footprint than the last generation. According to a leaked render the top of the Mac Mini M1X will have plexiglass and the overall thickness would be relatively less. Similar to the latest iMac, the Mac Mini M1X would also feature a magnetic power port. In terms of specs, the Mac Mini M1X could feature four new Thunderbolt 4 USB Type C ports, 2 USB Type-A ports, an Ethernet slot and much more. 

The Mac Mini M1X specs will more than likely include multiple RAM and storage options starting from 8GB and 256GB, respectively. The Mac Mini M1 launched last year gave us a taste of how powerful and efficient Apple Silicon can be. The Apple Mac Mini M1X will raise the bar even higher by improving the already impressive processing power of M1 and enhancing its graphical capabilities as well.

Apple plans to launch a ton of new products this year including new iPads, the iPhone 13, Apple Watch Series 7, Generation 3 Airpods alongside the 14 and 16-inch Macbook Pro featuring the M1X chip. During last year’s November event Apple released a bunch of M1-focused products including the new Macbook Air M1, Macbook Pro M1 and the Mac Mini. So expect a flurry of new products from Apple around the same time.
