Samsung Galaxy A74 launch could be cancelled

According to a report by GalaxyClub, Samsung might cancel the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A74. One of the reasons why this speculation has arisen is because, during this time of the year, Samsung generally starts leaking information about upcoming phones. While the brand has revealed plenty of information about Samsung Galaxy A24, Galaxy A14 5G, Galaxy A54. and Galaxy A34 5G, the same cannot be said about the Samsung Galaxy A74.

Samsung Galaxy A74 cancelled

If the launch of the Samsung Galaxy A74 gets cancelled, the Samsung Galaxy A54 will be the highest-priced mid-range smartphone. This means that the company could end up simplifying the lineup of mid-range smartphones it offers.

Samsung Galaxy A54 specifications

It is believed that the Samsung Galaxy A54 will come with a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display that has a Full HD+ resolution, an in-display fingerprint reader, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The smartphone may come with a  50MP primary camera (perhaps with OIS) along with a 12MP ultrawide camera. We may also see a 32MP selfie camera and 4K video recording.
