Samsung Galaxy Note10, Note10+ leaked image suggests three colours options at launch

The Samsung Galaxy Note10 series of phones are turning out to be one of the most extensively leaked handsets. Ahead of the official Samsung Galaxy Unpacked event on August 7, the phones have been outed multiple times in renders, live images and reports. Now, a new image by the tipster Evan Blass gives us an even better look at the upcoming phones. The tipster has shown off three colour options of the Samsung Galaxy Note10 and Note10+ in a new image, which suggests that the handsets could be launched in Black, White, and a Pearl gradient colour model.

As you can see from the image below, the Samsung Galaxy Note10+ is said to be the first row. The image not only gives us a good look at the device’s three colour models but also at its design. There are four cameras on the back, one of which is speculated to be a ToF sensor and the punch-hole display design on the upper-mid section of the screen is clearly visible too. The S Pen on the side is a good way to give us an idea of how big the device could be. On the bottom row is the Samsung Galaxy Note10, which looks a bit smaller than the Galaxy Note10+. There is also no ToF camera on the back. The power button is also not present on the device’s right spine, while the volume rockers and the Bixby button sits on the left edge.

The new leaks come soon after another tipster tweeted some live images of the Note10. The smartphone was spotted in a Korean stadium, along with the Samsung Galaxy Watch Active 2. The handset was wrapped in a protective cover. Renders of the Galaxy Watch Active 2 were also posted recently, which reveal the device’s design. Going by the renders, the Galaxy Watch Active 2 could lose a rotating bezel and it is touted to come with touch-enabled bezels.

Audi unveils e-tron electric luxury SUV in India

Audi fans will know that the German car maker has been working on a fully-electric luxury SUV called e-tron ever since it first showcased the e-tron quattro concept back in 2015. Today, Audi unveiled the nearly ready e-tron SUV in India at its newly opened showroom in Gurugram. The showroom will house 21 Audi cars on the floor, including used cars. Although Audi has no official launch date for its new electric SUV, the Audi e-tron is expected to be launched in India in the coming months.

At the unveiling, Rahil Ansari, the Head of Audi India, took the opportunity to talk about some of the brand's new services. The first of them was the myAudi Connect app for smartphones, which, like Suzuki Connect and Hyundai Blue Link, will enable a user to control a host of features on their Audi, apart from getting essential information about their car remotely. The new smartphone connectivity service is optional on all existing Audi models and costs Rs 19,999 for a subscription period of three years.

The second service involves a digital retail experience for new Audi customers. For example, a customer interested in buying the Audi A8 L can customise their car (interior and exterior) on a tablet device provided by Audi at the comfort of their home. During the process, the customer will be able to observe real-time changes to the trim they're customising. Audi is also setting up virtual reality studios in some of its showrooms, which involves the use of a mixed reality headset and a Windows laptop.

The Audi e-tron is powered by a 95kWh lithium-ion battery, which Audi claims is good for up to 400 kilometres of driving range on a single charge. When connected to a 150kW DC fast-charger, the battery can regain 80 percent of its charge in thirty minutes. However, charging to full  through a typical domestic wall socket (11kW) will take about 8 hours, 30 minutes. The e-tron, with its peak electrical output of 265 kW, can go from 0 to 100 kilometres per hour in 5.7 seconds.

Realme to launch worlds first 64MP quad camera smartphone on August 8

Realme has announced that it will launch the world’s first 64MP quad-camera smartphone at the company’s camera innovation event scheduled for August 8. Neither Realme, nor the CEO has given out the name or any other information about the phone. Currently, Realme X (Review) is the company’s flagship device and it sports a triple-camera setup with 48MP Sony IMX586 primary sensor, which produces images with a binned resolution of 12MP by default.

In June, Sheth announced that Realme is developing a phone with Samsung’s Bright GW1 sensor that has a resolution of 64MP and uses the company’s ISOCELL technology to shoot images. The executive tweeted an image which, he claims, is taken on the handset with the sensor in question. The image mentions “64MP AI Quad Camera”, and Sheth stressed that this particular device would be launched in India before any other market globally.

Realme Phone With 64MP Quad Camera

Launched by Samsung Semiconductors in May this year, this smartphone imaging sensor is capable of 4-pixel binning to yield 16-megapixel binned images. The ISOCELL Bright GW1 features the highest resolution in Samsung’s 0.8μm-pixel image sensor lineup. Samsung says that the sensor is equipped with pixel-merging Tetracell technology and an algorithm that lets it produce 16MP images in low-light environments and “highly-detailed” 64MP shots in brighter settings.

Interestingly, this is the third phone that has been reported to come equipped with the Samsung 64MP sensor. Famous tipster Ice Universe said that Redmi and Samsung also reported to be working on a phone with the Bright GW1 sensor, but it seems Realme will be the first company to launch a phone with this sensor commercially.

We are taking a leap in smartphone camera on 8th August and we are doing it here in India. Get ready as we unveil the world's first 64MP Quad Camera on a smartphone at our camera innovation event. And this is among the first surprise of the season. Stay Tuned! #LeapToQuadCamera https://t.co/kSUMacQ9TI
