Poco X2 looks identical to the Redmi K30 in latest teaser video

Poco X2 is all set to be launched in India on February 4. Leading up to the launch, the company is revealing its features bit by bit. Poco X2 was recently confirmed to support 27W fast charging technology. Now, the company has posted a new teaser video showing the design of the upcoming smartphone. It indicates that Poco X2 may, in fact, be a Redmi K30.

The latest development comes from Poco India Twitter account that posted a teaser video revealing the phone in purple colour. It showcases a fingerprint scanner built in the power button. Plus, a slight hue of the back cameras can also be noticed. The arrangement and design seems similar to that of Redmi K30. All of this hints that the Redmi K30 may arrive in India as the Poco X2.

Poco has already confirmed that Poco X2 will come with a 120Hz refresh rate and feature a USB Type-C port, 3.5mm audio jack, and a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. If it turns out to be a rebranded Redmi K30 4G, then Poco X2 will feature a 6.67-inch full-HD+ display with a 20:9 aspect ratio and dual hole-punch selfie cameras, and it will be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 730G chipset.

On the optics front, Poco X2 is touted to sport a quad rear camera with 64MP main camera, an 8MP shooter and two 2MP sensors. The notch could house 20MP + 2MP selfie shooters.

Poco X2 could pack a 4500mAh battery and have features like NMF and IR blaster

Oppo teases the first look of its upcoming smartwatch

Oppo’s smartwatch was first teased during Oppo’s Inno Day back in December. It talked about topics such as it's plans for 5G, its breakthrough technologies, and future devices such as smartwatches, smart earbuds, and even the announcement of AR glasses. Now, a company official has shared live images of the smartwatch.

The Oppo Vice President, Brian Shen has taken to Chinese social media platform Weibo to share the first image of the company’s upcoming smartwatch. The wearable will have a square screen with curved edges and two buttons on the side. The official has refrained from giving out details regarding the name of the Oppo smartwatch or its key specs and features. However, he does note that the smartwatch will sport a flexible display with curved edges. The device can be seen sporting metal edges in gold and a cream silicone strap.  Shen says it could possibly be the ‘best looking smartwatch to launch this year'.

While the Oppo smartwatch bears strong resemblance to the Apple Watch, instead of one crown, it has two keys with a hole in between them. It could be a microphone, which could let users talk to their Oppo smartwatch without needing the smartphone. The wearable device is rumoured to come with ECG support.

At Inno Day, the company showed a teaser for the upcoming smartwatch and smart true wireless earphone, which revealed a square display for the watch. On the other hand, the truly wireless earphones resembled the Apple Airpods. Both these devices are scheduled to launch in Q1 2020.

Moto G Stylus live photos surface online

Motorola is all set to launch new smartphones at an event on February 23. It is said that the company may be looking forward to launching four new smartphones, namely - Moto G8, Moto G8 Power, Moto G Stylus and the Moto Edge+. Now, more information regarding the Moto G Stylus has surfaced online. The smartphone has leaked in live images, giving us our first look at the front of the handset.

The latest development comes from Twitter user Gustavo Gonzalez who allegedly has the pre-production unit of the Moto G Stylus. The image reveals the front panel of the handset. It is seen sporting a punch-hole display alongside a stylus. The latter looks pretty basic and does not appear to have any buttons for added functionality like Samsung’s S pens. One of the images show the stylus sitting beside the phone that has the Notes app opened on it. However, it is unclear if this is an exclusive Moto app.

Another leaked image shows a device that reads "Finish configuring your Moto G7". This could be because of the unfinished software on the pre-production unit. The smartphone is rumoured to run Android 10.

The Moto G Stylus bears the model number XT2043-4 and is expected to come with a 6.36-inch FHD+ display with a punch-hole notch. It may house a 25MP selfie shooter in the notch. One of the previously leaked images has shown the device sporting a quad rear camera setup. The Moto G Stylus is tipped to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 chipset, paired with 4GB RAM and 64GB of internal storage. It is expected to pack a 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging.
