In LG’s 8K portfolio we have the LG ZX which is an 8K OLED TV priced at Rs 29,99,990 only. On the 8K NanoCell front we have the LG Nano99 available in 65 and 75-inch screen sizes priced at Rs 4,99,990 and Rs 10,99,990, respectively. Both the OLED and NanoCell TVs are powered by the Alpha 9 Gen 3 processor from LG. While the OLED is NVIDIA G-Sync compatible, both the OLED and NanoCell TV bring with it features of HDMI 2.1 which will be required to take advantage of the recently launched NVIDIA RTX 30 series GPU’s and the upcoming PS5 and Xbox Series X/S.

In addition to 8K, the TVs support Dolby Vision, Dolby Atmos and come with LG’s AI-enabled WebOS platform. The TVs also come with an app store giving you access to all popular streaming services.

LG 4K OLED lineup

Starting with the LG’s 4K 2020 OLED Lineup we have the LG GX, CX and BX. let’s break them down. LG GX is the company’s premium OLED with a wallpaper design. It is extremely thin and sticks to a special wall mount, keeping it flush with the wall, making it look more like a piece of art than a TV. It is available in 65 and 77-inches screen sizes priced at Rs 3,69,990 and Rs 14,49,990 respectively.

The LG CX retains the design from last year's LG C9 (review) and is available in 55, 65 and 77-inch screen sizes priced at Rs 2,19,990, Rs 3,39,990 and Rs 12,99,990, respectively.

Lastly, the LG BX also retains the same design as the LG B9 and is available in 55 and 65-inch screen sizes priced at Rs 1,99,990 and Rs 3,09,990 respectively.

The LG CX and GX also bring with them the Alpha 9 Gen 3 processor and support for G-Sync and HDMI 2.1. It also supports Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos and HDMI 2.1. It runs on the LG’s WebOS bringing with it access to all popular streaming services. The LG BX is powered by a generation older Alpha 7 Gen 3 processor which was powering the C9 in 2019.

While LG did show off a 48-inch OLED TV at CES 2020 and it is available in other countries, it isn’t available in India, which is a bummer.

LG 4K NanoCell TV lineup

LG Nano 91 is available in 55, 65, 75 and 86-inches priced at Rs 1,55,990, 2,39,990, 4,89,990 and Rs 9,49,990. In addition to the NanoCell technology, the Nano 91 lineup also has full-array dimming. It runs on the Alpha 7 Gen 3 processor supports HDMI 2.1 and brings with it support for HDR, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. It also runs on the company’s WebOS platform bringing LG’s AI capabilities and popular streaming services built-in.

The LG Nano 86 is available in 55 and 65-inch screen sizes priced at Rs 1,34,990 and Rs 2,09,990 respectively. The Nano 86 brings with it local dimming, runs on the Alpha 7 gen 3 processor and also supports HDMI 2.1. It also brings with it support for HDR, Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos. It also runs on the company’s WebOS platform bringing LG’s AI capabilities and popular streaming services built-in.
