Call of Duty: Mobile confirm new Napalm scorestreak in Season 2 update

Call of Duty: Mobile has revealed even more information about the upcoming Season 2 update. First off, Activision has confirmed that the new Season will be called ‘Day of Reckoning’. Aside from the name, the developers have also confirmed the addition of a new scorestreak. This is called Napalm.

Call of Duty: Mobile - Napalm details

Call for air support! Deploy the new Scorestreak, Napalm to clear enemies in your path! Coming to #CODMobile next week as a part of the Season 2 Battle Pass! pic.twitter.com/UiemxRGc4u

— Call of Duty: Mobile (@PlayCODMobile) March 6, 2021

The Napalm scorestreak will allow players to call in a plane, which will rain down fire from the sky. When activating the scorestreak, players will have to choose the flight patch of the aircraft. The plane will then fly across the map, while dropping napalm bombs along the way. The fire from the napalm will also create smoke. This will obscure vision. The developers have not yet revealed the points players will have to accumulate in order to call in the scorestreak. Presumably, players will be able to shoot down the plane as it makes its way over the map.

The new Napalm scorestreak will most likely be unlocked when players reach a certain Tier in the Season 2 free Battle Pass. If not, it should be available via a Seasonal or Feature Challenge.

Call of Duty: Mobile Season 2

Besides a new scorestream, players will also be able to earn two new weapons. This includes the AS VAL assault rifle and the SPR 208 sniper rifle. One of these weapons should be available from the start via the free Battle Pass. The other should be available later via a Seasonal Challenge.

Two maps have also been confirmed in the Season 2 update. This includes the Shoot House map from 2019’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare. The other is a new version of Shipment. This will bring the Shipment 1944 map with a more modern aesthetic. The new Season 2 update should be available sooner, rather than later.

Heres how you can watch the Justice League Snyder Cut in India on March 18

One of the biggest releases slated for the year, Justice League The Snyder Cut, will also hit Indian shores the same time it premiers internationally. The film has been hyped to deliver what we did not get with the original Justice League in 2017. Directed by Joss Whedon, the film was a terrible mishmash of bad ideas and contrived writing. To be fair, we don't expect much from Joss Whedon anyway but even then, the film was a true travesty. Fans were outraged and over the years, more dirt about the whole situation has hit the airwaves, but we finally got an announcement by Warner Bros that the original Snyder Cut of the film will be released on HBO Max on March 18. But what about Indian audiences?

Where can you watch Justice League Snyder Cut in India?

For fans of the film, Zack Snyder’s Justice League will be available on BookMyShow Stream, Google Play, YouTube, Tata Sky, Apple TV and Hungama Play in India. The film will premier on March 18, in line with a global release. You will be able to buy the film or just rent it through these channels. Remember, the film will not be available on streaming platforms, only on video-on-demand. There has not been any announcement on the price of the film. We’re hoping it costs as much as a movie ticket, as that would be the fairest pricing available. But, as we’ve just stated, no price has been announced. In fact, BookMyShow have even tweeted out an announcement regarding the movie.

They've awoken #SnyderCut Watch Zack Snyder's Justice League with the world, from the comfort of your home! Releasing 18 March on @BmsStream. #CuratedWithLove #BMSStream More details here: https://t.co/DXy9J4z7KC pic.twitter.com/JzBjjAZtIG

— BookMyShow (@bookmyshow) March 4, 2021 What’s the difference between the Snyder Cut and the original Justice League

Well, as we’ve stated above, the differences in the film are rather massive. Joss Whedon came in and rewrote most of the film. He gave it a light-hearted, almost Marvel-movie like tone, and it did not work. He also cut out the appearance of Darkseid and toned down the frightening appearance of Steppenwolf. Basically, he undid all the work Snyder had done. We also get to see Superman in a black suit. There has been a bit of footage that has hit the internet, and you can check out the trailer below.

So, there you have it. If you’re a fan and want to check out Justice League Snyder cut, you can do so on  BookMyShow Stream, Google Play, YouTube, Tata Sky, Apple TV and Hungama Play in India on March 18.

— Call of Duty Mobile News (@codmINTEL) March 5, 2021

The leaked image seems to have originated via Call of Duty: Mobile’s Garena server and the writing suggests Indonesia. The image gives players a look at two new Operator skins and some of the weapon skins that players will be able to unlock. Unlockable Operator skins include Special Ops 2 - Brute and Mara - Awakening. Weapon skins include KRM-262 - Eagle Claw, BK57 - Data Miner, HVK-30 - Jumper Cable and M4LMG - Checkpoint.

Of course, there will be other items that players can unlock. This will also include those on the free Battle Pass.

Call of Duty: Mobile has also confirmed that two new maps will be added in the Season 2 update. This includes Shoot House and a modern version of Shipment. Shoot House was first seen in 2019’s Call of Duty: Modern Warfare reboot. The new Shipment map will take the current Shipment 1944 map and bring it up to a more modern setting. Activision has not confirmed if the new Shipment will completely replace the old map or not.

Besides the new map, Season 2 of Call of Duty: Mobile will also add two new weapons. This includes the AS VAL assault rifle and the SPR 208 sniper rifle. It is possible that Activision may make one of these two weapons available via the free Battle Pass.
