Call of Duty: Mobile patch notes confirm new map, weapons, equipment and scorestreaks
Activision has confirmed a few new additions that players can expect in the Season 4 update to Call of Duty: Mobile. The confirmations come via the patch notes released for an in-game update and include a new map, two new weapons, a piece of new tactical equipment, and a new scorestreak. This update brings with it some major weapon rebalancing, which the developers had talked about earlier this month. You can learn more about that here.
Call of Duty: Mobile Season 4 - New additionsWhile the developers teased it a few weeks ago, it looks like we finally have confirmation that the Dome map will be added in Season 4. The new map was first seen in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, and is set in an abandoned NATO outpost in the Middle East.
The patch notes also confirm the addition of two new weapons to the game. This includes the Holger LMG and the MK2 marksman rifle. The base version of both these weapons should be earnable for free to all players. As is usually the case, one of the weapons will most likely be available via the free Battle Pass, while the other will be available via a seasonal challenge.
The Heartbeat Sensor is a new tactical equipment that will show players the approximate location of enemy players. It is equipped in the tactical grenade slot and has to be manually equipped to use. The device will be available via a Season Challenge called Under Pressure.
The new Scorestreak is called the Hawk X3 and gives the player the control of a drone armed with a machine gun. The drone has limited armour and enemies can shoot it out of the sky. It seems like a more offence-centric version of the MQ-27 Dragonfire drone.
Call of Duty: Mobile is currently hosting the 80s Action Heroes event. The event brings iconic 80s action movie characters, Rambo and John McClane to the game. Both characters will be available via specific bundles. The Rambo Call of Duty: Mobile Bundle includes John Rambo as a selectable character. Other inclusions include three Epic Blueprints, namely one LMG, an assault rifle, and a knife. Further additions include an epic parachute, an avatar, a calling card, a grenade, a tank and a frame.
The Die Hard Call of Duty: Mobile Bundle includes John McClane as a selectable character. It too includes three Epic Blueprints, namely two SMGs and a pistol. It also features an Epic Frag Grenade, a parachute, a cargo truck, an Avatar, a calling card and a frame.
The event is spread across Call of Duty: Warzone and Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. you can learn more about the event here.

Exclusive: Google Pixel 6 Pro renders with triple camera setup and curved display break cover
Google is bringing its A-game later this year with the Pixel 6 lineup that could include the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro, after sticking to a single variant last year. Google did not release a large-screen flagship smartphone in all of 2020 and even the Pixel 5 did not make it to many countries such as India. However, it seems like Google wants to get back into the game this year and we have some exclusive information about the Pixel 6 Pro courtesy of popular tipster OnLeaks. This latest leak by OnLeaks is a lot more detailed and comprehensive than the previous ones as we get to know much more about the on-paper specifications of the Pixel 6 Pro.
Google Pixel 6 was also leaked last week by Front Page Tech that revealed the renders of the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro with a striking new design. The recent rumours about the next generation of Pixel phones suggests that we may get a Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro this year. It seems Google will be removing the XL moniker from its phone nomenclature and will be using ‘Pro’ for the large-screen version.
Having said that, the Pro version won’t just have a bigger screen as it is also expected to be superior to the standard variant and houses more cameras at the back. Previous leaks revealed that the standard Pixel 6 will have dual cameras while the Pixel 6 Pro could have a triple camera array at the back. This will be the first time we will see Google adopt three cameras for its upcoming Pixel 6 Pro as it has only offered single camera and dual camera setup so far. Here’s everything you need to know about the Pixel 6 Pro.
Google Pixel 6 Pro leaked renders and specificationsWe have gotten our hands on early renders of the Google Pixel 6 Pro thanks to a partnership with popular tipster OnLeaks. The Pixel 6 Pro features a 6.67-inch curved display that has a single punch-hole cutout for the selfie camera up front. The display is expected to use an AMOLED panel which may or may not support a high refresh rate. The screen will have minimal bezels on all sides and also has an in-screen fingerprint sensor. However, do note that the OnLeaks renders of the Pixel 6 Pro has a slightly noticeable chin than what's shown in the previous leak.
Google has completely redesigned the back of the Pixel 6 Pro but did not entirely do away with its iconic dual-tone design. The phone measures roughly 163.9 x 75.8 x 8.9 millimetres and has an 11.5 millimetres thickness if you take the camera bump into account. There is a horizontal camera island at the top which is a bit protruded and it houses three cameras.
The triple camera setup on the Pixel 6 Pro includes a primary wide-angle camera, a periscope telephoto camera and an unknown camera situated next to the LED flash. There are a couple of sensors housed in the camera module as well as a microphone unit.
The Pixel 6 Pro also has dual stereo speakers with a top and bottom speaker unit and it also supports wireless charging. From the renders, we can also see that the SIM card slot may be repositioned to the left edge of the phone.
Overall, it looks like Google is doubling down on the Pixel 6 and Pixel 6 Pro for 2021 as the phones are set to receive upgrades in the design, display and camera department. There are also rumours that the Pixel 6 lineup could be the first Google phones to be powered by its homegrown Google Silicon. Earlier reports have revealed that the company has been investing deeply into hardware and could be on the verge of using its own chipsets in the upcoming Google Pixel phones and Chromebooks.
We currently have no word on which chipset will be powering the Pixel 6 lineup but we expect to know more about the phone in the second half of 2021.
