Windows 11 stable version release date

Windows 11 Stable Version Release Date

The next-gen OS remains in beta but according to DCH GPU driver 30.0.100.9648 release notes, Windows 11 stable version could become available for download in October 2021. Windows Latest revealed in its report that Intel calls Windows 11 the "October 2021 update - version 21H2."

Windows users are familiar with the "YYMM" format where the "YY" refers to the year and MM represents the month. Therefore, the codename "21H2" points to a release date in the second half of 2021.

Brandon LeBlanc, Microsoft program manager, recently tweet confirmed that Windows 11 will use the YYH2 naming convention carried on from Windows 10.

Moreover, Microsoft also plans to release Windows 10 version 21H2 codenamed "Vibranium," in October 2021. Meanwhile, Windows 11 also uses a new version known internally as "Cobalt."

Call of Duty Mobile teases two new weapons and a map for the Season 6 update

Call of Duty: Mobile has already started teasing the next major update to the game. As has always been the case, the Season 6 update to the game should bring with it a host of new additions including maps and weapons. Activision has already started teasing the new additions and internet sleuths have already deduced what they are.

The first new addition to the game seems to be the Slums map. The map was initially a part of Call of Duty: Black Ops II but has also been remastered for other titles as well. It is a small map that should allow for some exciting matches. Another thing to note is that the Slums map is usually set in Panama, this ties into reports that Season 6 will have a South American theme.

— Call of Duty: Mobile (@PlayCODMobile) July 19, 2021

As has been the case for quite a few of Call of Duty: Mobile’s seasonal updates, players can expect two new weapons to be added to the game. The teaser only partially reveals the weapons, but that seemed to be enough for users to deduce which weapons they were. The first is a sniper rifle called the AMR. This is the first dedicated sniper rifle added to the game since the NA-45 was added many months back. An interesting bit to note is that the AMR fires explosive rounds in 2019's Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, just like the NA-45. So it will be interesting to see how Activision ensures the weapon’s balance considering how unbalanced the NA-45 was at its launch.

The other new weapon is the MX9 SMG. The weapon was first seen in Call of Duty: Black Ops 4. While the weapon’s characteristics in Call of Duty: Mobile isn’t yet known, the MX9 in Black Ops 4 offers some pretty decent specifications for an SMG. As with any weapon of the category, the MX9 should offer high mobility and rate of fire, at the cost of damage and range.

[Exclusive] First look at Realme Band 2 leaked renders reveal 14-inch display

The second iteration of Realme’s budget wearable, Realme Band 2 is set to launch soon. The first generation of the Realme Band was priced aggressively, which made it a competitive option for those buying their first wearable. In fact, it went straight up against the likes of the Mi Band 5, which has pretty much dominated the segment since the first Mi Band. Digit has partnered with OnLeaks to get you exclusive renders as well as a 360-degree look at the Realme Band 2.

And now, your very first look at the #RealmeBand2! (gorgeous 5K renders + display size + dimensions) On behalf of @digitindia -> https://t.co/HmPf1cmNVc pic.twitter.com/ANEvxu40Ub

— Steve H.McFly (@OnLeaks) July 17, 2021

We managed to get our hands on some high-resolution renders of the upcoming Realme Band 2 to give you your first good look at the upcoming wearable. We have also added a 360-degree video that should give you a complete look at what you can expect from the upcoming device.

Realme Band 2: Leaked specifications and images

Judging by the images, it looks like Realme is looking to make the Realme Band 2 a more premium-looking offering than the original Realme Band. The upcoming device looks more like a watch than the first wearable that looked more like a band. The display and the case stand out more instead of blending in with the straps.

Click here to view the high-resolution image

Speaking of the display, Steve Hemmerstoffer, aka OnLeaks, notes that the Realme Band 2 will feature an approximately 1.4-inch display. This is a pretty big leap from the 0.96-inch display found on the first Realme Band. This should definitely add to the premium look that Realme is probably going for. It should also be noted that there doesn’t seem to be a touch button at the bottom of the display. This seems to suggest that the UI in the Realme Band 2 will be completely touch and gesture-based. This isn’t too surprising as most of the devices in this price range now offer such a UI.

In terms of dimensions. OnLeaks notes that the Realme Band 2 will measure approximately 45.9 x 24.6 x 12.1mm. This makes the device larger than the first band, but it shouldn’t be so large as to make it unwieldy when wearing.

Click here to view the high-resolution image

Over on the back, we can see that the device will feature the usual bunch of optical sensors. These should allow for features such as 24x7 heart rate monitoring. It is not yet known if these will also offer SpO2 tracking and Blood Pressure monitoring. We will just have to wait to know about those features. Another bit to note is that the first Realme Band was charged by removing one strap and directly plugging it into a USB port. However, one can see that the new strap design may not allow for that. As such, one can speculate that the new Realme Band 2 will charge via pogo pins or something similar.

It is not yet confirmed when the Realme Band 2 will be officially unveiled, but it should be sooner rather than later. The wearable was recently spotted on Bluetooth SIG listing pages where it had the model number RMW 2010. It also pretty much confirmed that the Realme Band 2 will offer Bluetooth v5.1. This is a pretty major step up considering that the current Realme Band offers Bluetooth v4.2.
