Battlegrounds Mobile India received a client patch on Saturday to address some of the known issues. One of the major fixes is for a bug that was causing the Indian avatar of PUBG Mobile to be stuck at the loading screen. The patch also fixes a shutting down problem.

PS5 India restock to take place on July 26 according to a new report

For gamers who have still not gotten their hands on the PS5 (review), there’s some good news on the horizon. The last time the PS5 went up for pre-order in India was on July 12 while the next PS5 restock will take place on 26 July. In a report on IGN India, multiple retailers have spoken to the publication and confirmed that the PS5 will indeed be restocked on July 26. It’s been a harrowing time for gamers in India as a lot of gamers have still not been able to purchase a PS5. 

PS5 Restock India Up For Pre-Order On July 26

Yet again, we will see a restock of the Disc Edition of the PS5 but there are reports that the Digital Edition will not be available this time. The report also states that Amazon India, Flipkart, Vijay Sales, Games the Shop and ShopAtSC will have the console up for pre-order on July 26. The PS5 has a handful of exclusives such as Returnal (review), Demon Souls, Astro's Playroom, Destruction AllStars, to name a few. First party heavy hitters like Spider-Man Miles Morales (review), Sackboy: A Big Adventure and more are available on the PS4 as well. Ratchet and Clank: Rift Apart (review) is exclusive to the PS5 only. 

Getting a next-gen console has been difficult in India. Both the PS5 and Xbox Series X (review) are hard to get and a big reason for this is the ongoing global chip shortage. You can learn more about it here. 

Despite the global shortage, Sony says the PS5 is the best-selling console, with more than 7.8 million units sold. Sony still has highly anticipated games such as God of War: Ragnarok and Horizon: Forbidden West scheduled to launch in 2022 and 2021, respectively for the PS5.

Amazon’s annual sale for its Prime members will be held on July 26 and 27 this year. As mentioned above, the Prime Day sale is exclusively for Amazon’s Prime members. To participate, you will need to subscribe to Amazon’s Prime membership that costs Rs. 999 in India. Users may also opt for monthly or quarterly plans that cost Rs. 129 and Rs. 329, respectively.

Amazon Prime Day Sale 2021 Miscellaneous deals:  Amazon will be offering up to 70% off on headphones and speakers.  Wearables like smartwatches and fitness bands will be available at up to 60% off.  Amazon’s own devices like Echo products, Kindle range, and Fire TV products will be available at up to 50% off. Amazon will also offer discounted bundles of smart home products.  Video games and gaming accessories will be available at up to a 50% discount.  TVs and home appliances from Amazon brands will be available at up to a 50% discount.  Home appliances like air conditioners and washing machines will be available at a discount of up to 40 per cent and 30 per cent, respectively.  Kitchen appliances will be available at a discount of up to 70%.   Home decor, Furniture and mattresses will be available at a discount of up to 70%.

Realme Watch 2 series has two models - Realme Watch 2 Pro and Realme Watch 2 - priced at Rs 4,999 and Rs 3,499 respectively on Amazon, Flipkart, Realme.com and other stores. However, early-bird users can get a discounted price rate of Rs 2,999 on Flipkart. 

Meanwhile, Realme Buds Wireless 2 series has two models - Wireless Buds 2 and Wireless Buds 2 Neo - available at a price tag of Rs 2,299 and 1,499 respectively on Flipkart, Amazon, and Realme.com.
