Intel NUC X15 is a reference gaming laptop kit powered by an 11th gen Core i7-11800H CPU & RTX 3070 GPU
Intel has released a reference gaming laptop kit called the NUC X15. We're looking at a handful of configurations for this laptop, all powered by the Tiger Lake processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 series GPUs. We're not entirely sure about the companies that plan on releasing the NUC X15 kit, but we do know all the confirmed specifications of all configurations, via Notebookcheck.
Save for the core specifications, all configurations have dual-SODIMMs, a mechanical keyboard with per-key RGB lighting, and a 16:9 display. You also get a choice to get a QHD display with up to a 165Hz refresh rate. So we're looking at some high-end features here for this laptop kit.
Intel NUC X15 SpecificationsIntel NUC X15's entry-level unit comes with a Core i5-11400H and an RTX 3060 GPU. You get an FHD 144Hz panel with this particular laptop. The rest of the configurations come fitted with a Core i7-11800H CPU and an RTX 3070 GPU. For these units, you get to choose between a QHD/165 Hz display or an FHD panel with support for up to 240Hz.
Essentially, all CPUs powering these kits are Intel's new H45 processors. That being said, Intel hasn't mentioned the TGP ratings of the RTX GPUs, so we're not entirely sure if we're looking at the normal Max-P or Max-Q variants of those cards. All units are kept powered by a 94Wh and we're looking at some other noteworthy additions like support for PCIe Gen4 NVMe, Intel Optane memory, Thunderbolt 4, magnesium alloy chassis, and more.
As mentioned earlier, Intel hasn't hinted at any recommended pricing for these reference kits, and it's also hard to tell which OEMs will be willing to carry these kits. It's interesting to see these laptops kits coming directly from Intel to show the kind of performance you can expect out of gaming laptops now. We'll try to get our hands on one of these reference machines, so stay tuned for more info. In the meantime, if you are curious about Intel's NUC lineup, we recently reviewed one of their more powerful machines dubbed the NUC 11 Extreme "Beast Canyon".

OnePlus 10 series to reportedly not feature significant design upgrades
OnePlus 10 is likely to be the company's new flagship and is set for launch next year. And even though we are month away from the launch of the device, leaks about the device have already started surfacing. According to a new leak by tipster Yogesh Brar, the OnePlus 10 series of smartphones will eventually be launched as a polished version of the OnePlus 9 series. As such, the phone is tipped to come with enhanced specs, but a design similar to the OnePlus 9 series.
While there is no official information yet, the expectation is that the OnePlus 10 lineup may become official in March next year. Ahead of the launch, we are expected to see more information about the device come in. For now, the leak suggests that the company is also working on new Nord branded smartphones. These will be alongside new accessories that will also launch in October.
Previously, according to a report by Harish Jonnalagadda of Android Central, OnePlus will launch the OnePlus 9 RT sometime in October. As hinted by the name, the phone is expected to be an upgrade over the OnePlus 9R and will be limited to India and China. As per the report, the OnePlus 9 RT will have camera upgrades and will likely be the first phone to run on OxygenOS 12 out-of-the-box.
OnePlus 9T: Expected specs
The OnePlus 9 RT is essentially similar to the OnePlus 9R save for some camera upgrades. The report states that the OnePlus 9 RT will feature the same 6.55-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 870 chip and a 4,500mAh battery that supports 65W fast charging. The upgrade comes in the form of the 50MP primary camera based on the Sony IMX766 that we recently saw on the Nord 2.
The rest of the camera sensors are expected to remain the same which includes a 16MP ultra-wide camera, 5MP macro camera and 2MP depth sensor. As per the report, the OnePlus 9 RT is also slated to run on OxygenOS 12 that has more in common with Oppo’s ColorOS as a result of both companies merging their Research and Development departments. Having said that, OxygenOS 12 retains all the good features that have made it such a fluid UI including utilities like work-life balance, Zen mode, Scout and Shelf.

Riot Games Valorant might not run on PCs bypassing Windows 11s TPM Requirement
Windows 11 is due for arrival very soon and this version of the OS brings new system requirements. In order to get a taste of Windows 11, you'll need one of the newer CPUs, at least 4GB of RAM, 32GB of storage, and TPM 2.0. There are ways to bypass these requirements and run Windows 11, but it goes without saying that it won't be a very stable experience.
Now, it looks like some game devs are enforcing the TPM 2.0 requirement too. According to a new report, Valorant has apparently started enforcing TPM 2.0 and Secure boot on Windows 11 to ensure a trusted platform while playing the game. In case you are wondering, enforcing TPM 2.0 ensures that people aren't cheating or using any exploits for the game. TPM is all about security, after all.
Valorant has started to enforce both TPM and Secure boot if YOU are playing on Windows 11 to ensure a trusted platform when playing Valorant. @RiotVanguard team yet again leading the anti-cheat industry in the right direction for competitive integrity pic.twitter.com/qgTM1yNqdA
