WWE 2K22: New features gamers can look forward to
WWE 2K20 wasn’t quite the game that 2K hoped for as the game garnered attention for all the wrong reasons. In fact, the company took a break from releasing a game the following year in order to ensure nothing was rushed. So to say that there is a lot riding on WWE 2K22 would be a bit of an understatement.
WWE 2K22 is currently scheduled to launch in March next year. However, 2K and Visual Concepts seem very excited and revealed a bunch of new features and innovations players can expect in the next WWE game.
WWE 2K22: New Gameplay Engine and Updated Graphics2K and Visual Concepts note that WWE 2K22 will feature a brand new gameplay engine. This means a completely redesigned gameplay and animation engine that should have a new feel to match. Graphics have also been bumped up. The developers note that facial scanning and animation has been executed using the same technique used by Visual Concepts’ NBA 2K franchise. The WWE 2K22 will also feature overhauled lighting.
WWE 2K22: New Controls and PresentationWWE 2K22 will feature a brand new control scheme. The developers note that these are configured to offer players better control. They aim to make the controls easier to pick-up and play, while also allowing skilled players the chance to express themselves. 2K and Visual Concepts also say that WWE 2K22 will offer a much better presentation in order to create an authentic feel.
WWE 2K22: New Game modesWWE 2K22 will feature a new Showcase mode that will allow players to relive a legendary WWE Superstars’ most iconic matches and recreate key moments. It’s a mode that has become a staple for the franchise.
The MyGM mode will let players take the role of a WWE General Manager. They will be able to draft Superstars, book matches, manage contracts and so forth. The MyRise mode is the name for the game’s career more wherein players will experience their journey of WWE Superstar starting as a rookie and make their way up the card. The developers note that new storylines will be available for both male and female characters. There is also a Universe Mode gives players control over brands, PPVs, match results, rivalries and more!
The MyFaction mode will be a new addition to the series. In this mode, players will face the task of building a faction. They will have to collect, manage and upgrade their Superstars with weekly events and regular updates.
Finally, there is the Creation Suite that will let players create unique characters. Aside from trying to create a version of themselves, players will also be given a wide range of tools to create a variety of fantasy characters.

— Max Jambor (@MaxJmb) November 17, 2021OnePlus usually releases phones globally which means it hits China and the rest of the world at the same time. But this time, it looks like OnePlus is looking to change things a bit, especially since it is now working more closely with sister-brand Oppo. Interestingly, Oppo follows a similar launch cycle where it launches products in China first and after a few months they are released globally.
