Poco X4 Pro 5G and Poco M4 Pro are confirmed to be unveiled on February 28: Heres what to expect
As some recent rumours were suggesting, the Poco X4 Pro 5G is going to globally debut on February 28. That coincides with the MWC 2022. And it’s not just one phone, but Poco is going to announce the Poco M4 Pro (4G) also on that day. Well, the event is scheduled to start at 20:00 GMT+8.
And here’s what you can expect from these incoming devices:
Poco X4 Pro 5G Specs and Features (Expected)Poco X4 Pro 5G is said to bring a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED Dot Display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a 16MP selfie shooter within that punch hole dot.
The rear cameras are expected to be led by a 108MP sensor on the global variant while the Indian retail unit might have a 64MP sensor. The remaining sensors could be the same 8MP ultrawide snapper and a 2MP macro module on both variants.
The phone is likely to come with a Snapdragon 695 5G SoC with Android 11 based MIUI 13 on top. Other specs in the mix could be a 5000mAh battery with 67W charging support, NFC, dual speakers, up to 8GB RAM, and 256GB internal storage.
Poco M4 Pro 4G Specs and Features (Expected)Poco M4 Pro 4G is rumoured to ship with MediaTek Helio G96. A device with the code name Xiaomi 2201117PG was recently spotted on Geekbench and it revealed the device will have 6GB of RAM.
It could be similar to the Redmi Note 11S (Indian model) with only NFC being the difference between the two.
If that’s the case, you could get Android 11 with MIUI 13, a 90Hz FHD+ AMOLED display, a 108MP quad rear camera setup, a 16MP selfie snapper, and a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
We will have to wait for the Feb 24 event for confirmation.

Krafton gives players chance to win Royale Pass 8 for free: Heres how to participate
Battlegrounds Mobile India has recently made available its new Royale Pass 8. Now, it is giving all players the opportunity to earn it for free. In order to do so, they need to participate in a scavenger hunt to be eligible. Here’s how it works.
Those interested in participating will first have to follow the official BGMI account on Instagram, @battlegroundsmobilein_official. Next, they have to find the new RPM8 logo in the new Santorini map. Once players find it, they will have to take a screenshot, highlight the logo, and then post the image on their Instagram account while tagging the official Battlegrounds Mobile India page. They then will have to fill out the form link in the official BGMI Instagram bio.
Krafton Inc. notes that only 20 lucky players will win the contest and get the new BGMI Royale Pass 8 for free. Further, it should also be noted that the contest will end on February 23.
With the recent banning of Garena Free Fire, Battlegrounds Mobile India is down a chief competitor. Some might call this a bit of karma as Garena Free Fire was one of the games that benefited from the banning of BGMI’s predecessor, PUBG Mobile. It is not yet known if or when Free Fire will be released in India again. However, in the midst of all this, Activision's Call of Duty: Mobile seems to be sitting quite pretty as the game severed its ties to Tencent before the initial ban wave by the Indian government. Speaking of Call of Duty, Activision recently announced that this year’s mainline Call of Duty titles will be a sequel to 2019’s Modern Warfare. On top of this, players can also expect “new experiences in Warzone.” It is possible that additional details will be revealed during E3.
