As September nears, everyone is highly awaiting the official communication from Apple regarding the annual Apple event. Amidst the anticipation, 9to5Mac revealed that it spotted information that confirms that Apple is planning to release its products in the third week of September.
9to5Mac shared that several sources have informed that multiple carriers are asking their employees not to take leaves on September 15th as they are expecting a major announcement of a smartphone. Even though this doesn’t imply that it’s an Apple smartphone only, Apple is the one to launch its devices in September.

If we look at Apple’s track record, Apple prefers to release all its new devices on a Tuesday. However, one should note that last year Apple released its latest products on September 7th, which was a Wednesday. So if Apple could follow the same trend this year too as September 13th also falls on a Wednesday.
So if there is any truth to this calculation and if Apple does announce its products on September 13th, then the pre-orders should begin on Friday ,September 15. And then the official launch should take place a week later on September 22nd.
We’re saying this keeping in mind last year’s Apple timeline. When the iPhone 14 series was being announced, then iPhone 14 pre-orders began on September 9, and the official release in stores happened much later on September 16.

But before we get too excited, one should not forget that last year we saw a delay in the iPhone 14 Plus sales due to supply issues. And even in 2020, iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPhone 12 mini launch was delayed due to a similar supply issue.
If rumours are to be believed, at least one of the iPhone 15 variants could see some delay owing to the supply issues. All we can do is wait for an official confirmation from Apple which puts all rumours to a rest.
