Xiaomi is all set to launch its Mi Mix 3 smartphone in an event in China today. The smartphone has already been officially revealed in a video and we know that it will feature a sliding display with slim bezels all around. However, the device’s specifications and the price will be announced today. Thanks to the sliding display, the Mi Mix 3 achieves a nearly bezel-less design as the front cameras are tucked in behind the display. Some new images of the smartphone have also surfaced online, hinting at some specifications. How to watch Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 launch event live XIaomi is hosting the launch event in Beijing, which is slated to go live at 11:30 AM IST and one can keep their eye out on their page here for a live stream. Even though there is no link of the live stream yet, one can also follow their Twitter and Facebook page to stay updated on the launch. Of course, stay tuned to Digit as we will report the launch as it happens. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 Specifications The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 is confirmed to support 5G and come with 10GB RAM. It is expected to run on the Snapdragon 845 SoC and the new leaked images of the phone suggest a 6GB RAM version with 128GB of internal storage and the phone is running on MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie. The company also confirmed that it will support slow-motion video capture at 960fps and come with a dual-front camera setup. The new images also give a look at the phone’s slider mechanism from the back and also reveal a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 could feature a 6.4-inch QHD+ AMOLED display. It might feature a 20 + 16MP dual cameras on the back and could be backed by a 3,850mAh battery. Xiaomi Mi Mix 3 Expected Price As per a previous report, the 8GB RAM variant of the phone could be priced at 3700 yuan (Rs 39,050 approx).
