Highlights: Spec sheet of the upcoming Xperiz XZ4 has leaked online. The phone is expected to feature a 21:9 display aspect ratio. Details about Sony's upcoming flagship smartphone continue to leak before the company's anticipated announcement of it at MWC in Barcelona. What we have with us this time around is a leaked specifications sheet of what appears to be the Sony Xperia XZ4, thanks to sumahoinfo.com. Since we can't confirm if the spec sheet really does belong to the Xperia XZ4, we recommend you take this news with a touch of salt. If the information from the spec sheet's screenshot holds good, it means what we've learnt about the new flagship so far is correct. Assuming the model in the leaked spec sheet is the Sony Xperia XZ4, we see that it has a 6.4-inch OLED display with an unusually tall 21:9 aspect ratio. The display is said to have support for HDR and a maximum resolution of 3360 x 1440 pixels. The display should be protected by Corning's Gorilla Glass 5. The Sony Xperia XZ4 is expected to be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset with 6GB of RAM onboard. Internal storage is expected to be 128GB in capacity with support for expandable storage using microSD card. The leak suggests that the Sony Xperia XZ4 will measure 167mm in height, 72mm in width, and 8.2mm in thickness. It also suggests it'll weigh 191g, which is on the heavier side. Like its predecessor, the Sony Xperia XZ4 is expected to be IP68-certified, which means taking it into the shower shouldn't be a worry. The phone has been rumoured to come in a dark purple colour, apart from the usual black. The Sony Xperia XZ4 is assumed to ship with Android Pie running right out of the box. It's also assumed to feature a big 4,400mAh battery inside it. Unfortunately, there's now information available on the phone's optics or pricing in the leak. Online tipster Ice universe recently shared the video of a mock demo, in which they'd simulated video-watching on the Sony's tall 21:9 display. The tipster had uploaded the video on YouTube and had shared it on Twitter. The video doesn't tell us much but gives us an idea of the length of the display when the phone is held in landscape mode. We expect to learn more about Sony's upcoming flagship in the coming days.
