In the processor department, it is expected to be powered by the Snapdragon 845 Platform. The Penta-camera smartphone, Nokia 9 PureView, is all but announced and now, the phone has appeared on Geekbench, disclosing some of its specifications. According to the GeekBench score, the smartphone runs on the Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 chipset under the hood, coupled with 6GB RAM. On the Geekbench Benchmark the smartphone scored 2121 in single core and 6911 in multicore. The GeekBench test score was uploaded on December 31, 2018. It also shows the device running on Android 9 Pie out of the box. Information about the Nokia 9 PureView has been circulating on the interwebs for some time now. The device is considered one of the most anticipated of the year. One of the reasons for its hype is the camera setup at the back. It will have a penta camera setup at the back - a pair of 12MP sensors, another pair of 16MP sensors and a lone 8MP sensor. The smartphone is also expected to sport an in-display fingerprint sensor. Information online suggests that the smartphone will be able to shoot 64MP images. Rumours also suggest that the smartphone will be able to shoot from all the cameras at the same time, essentially giving it better low light photography capabilities. Coming to rumours about other specifications of the Nokia 9, the device is expected to sport a 5.99-inch AMOLED display with Quad HD+ resolution along with support for HDR10. We have seen HDR support on the Nokia 8.1 and 7.1 smartphones that launched recently. Lastly, the phone is expected to house a 4150mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. HMD Global is expected to unveil the Nokia 9 PureView a day ahead of MWC, on February 24. We will be covering the event live and bringing you all the news straight from Barcelona.
