The Redmi 7 is all set to launch in China and those interested can watch the live stream on the Mi official website here. The live stream of the Redmi 7 launch event kicks off at 11:30 AM India Time. The Redmi 7 has been teased a few times, but there is little confirmation about the official specifications of the device. The smartphone is expected to be priced between CNY 700 to CNY 800 which translates to Rs 9,300 approx directly converted. As far as the specifications are concerned, the smartphone is expected to have a 6.26-inch HD+ display. Under the hood, the smartphone is expected to sport a Snapdragon 632 SoC coupled with 2, 3 and 4GB RAM options with 16GB, 32GB, and 64GB of built-in storage. The phone is expected to house an IR blaster and the 3.5mm headphones jack. A 3900mAh battery is expected to power the entire device. At the back, the smartphone is suggested to have a 12+8MP dual camera setup. It is expected to launch in a variety of colour options including Black, Blue, Green, Grey, Pink, Purple, Red, and White. The Redmi Note 7 Pro is also expected to be announced alongside the Redmi 7 in China. The specs of the China variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro are expected to be slightly different than the one launched in India. In India, the Redmi Note 7 Pro comes with a 6.3-inch Full HD+ display with a 19.5:9 aspect ration. The screen also features a Sunlight Display which boosts the brightness and contrast for outdoor visibility. There is also a Reading Mode for you e-book reading lovers on the device. Under the hood, the device has a Snapdragon 675 SoC coupled with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. The Redmi Note 7 Pro also features Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the display as well as the back and comes with Type-C connectivity. For the optics, the Redmi Note 7 Pro features a 48MP + 5MP dual camera setup. The 48MP camera is the Sony IMX586 sensor with an f/1.79 aperture. For the selfie lovers, the Note 7 Pro has a 13MP camera. The front camera also features face unlock. The smartphone runs on MIUI 10, which is based on Android 9 Pie. the entire package is powered by a 4000mAh battery that supports Qualcomm Quick Charge 4.
