PUBG ban: PUBG Mobile has been banned by the government after it was put on a watchlist in July. This followed the ban of several 'Chinese' apps in June. The reason given for the ban is that the game is a threat to national sovereignty and integrity. However, this is not the first time PUBG has faced controversy in India.
