Sony WF-H800 truly wireless headphones launched in India, priced at Rs 14,990

Sony has launched the WF-H800 truly wireless headphones which means that there is no cord connecting one earpiece to the other. They also come with a charging/carrying case which is the norm with truly wireless headphones. The Sony WF-H800 boasts of 16 hours of playback time and can give you 70 minutes of usage with just a 10-minute charge. The headset itself gives 8 hours of battery life, with an additional 8 hours in the handy charging case. Let’s take a look at the features and specifications of the Sony WF-H800 in detail. 

Sony WF-H800 truly wireless headphones specifications and features

As mentioned above, the Sony WF-H800 offer 16 hours of battery life with 8 hours in the headset and an additional 8 hours in the charging case. They also offer 70 minutes of playback with a quick 10-minute charge. The headset also boasts of Digital Sound Enhancement Engine HX (DSEE HX) to improve the audio output. The Sony WF-H800 also supports wearing detection. This means that the headphones can detect when the user is wearing them or not. The headset powers on as soon as it detects the user wearing them. 

The WF-H800 offers L/R simultaneous Bluetooth transmission and low latency. The headset is also light, weighing a mere 7.6 grams each. Whether you use the Sony WF-H800 with an iPhone or Android smartphone, it works with all smart assistants - Google Assistant, Alexa and Siri. Users can also customise and control the headphones using the Sony Headphones Connect app available on Android and iOS.

The Sony WF-H800 truly wireless headphones are priced at Rs 14,990 and will be available on Flipkart and select Sony retail stores (Sony Center and Sony Exclusive) in India from 24th September 2020.
