The Tecno Pova has launched in India. The phone comes in two variants and three different colour options namely Dazzle Black, Speed Purple, and Magic Blue. It comes with a hole-punch display and a large 6.8-inch HD+ screen with an immense 6,000mAh battery.
The phone is targeted towards budget segment users and comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back for security. It also houses a quad rear camera setup and a shimmer effect in all the colour options.
Tecno Pova SpecificationsComing to the specifications, the base variant of the phone comes with a MediaTek Helio G80 SoC which is an Octa-core CPU coupled with 4GB of RAM. The phone runs on HiOS 7.0 which is based on Android 10. The 6.8-inch HD+ screen has a resolution of 720 x 1640 pixels with a pixel density of 264PPI.
The quad rear camera setup consists of a 13MP primary sensor and a pair of 2MP sensors for depth control and macro with a dedicated lens for AI features. For selfies, it includes an 8MP dot-in camera with dual flash embedded beside the earpiece at the top of the phone with AI features.
Coming to the battery, it houses a huge 6,000mAh battery that as per the company claims can keep the phone on standby for up to 30 days. It comes with 18W fast charging and the company claims the phone can charge 20% faster than other single IC-based fast charging devices.
Tecno Pova Pricing and availabilityThe base variant of the phone comes with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage which is priced at Rs 9,999, while the upgraded 6GB RAM and 128GB storage come at the price of Rs 11,999. The phone will go on sale from 11 December on Flipkart from 12 PM onwards.
