Samsung is quickly transitioning its mid-range portfolio to 5G and the latest to join the club is the Samsung Galaxy F52 5G. Just as other 5G capable mid-range Galaxy phones that have surfaced in the last few weeks, this one is also powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 750G.
Samsung Galaxy F52 specificationsThe Galaxy F52 isn’t all that similar to the Galaxy F62 that launched in India in February - in terms of both design and specifications. The fingerprint sensor is still side-mounted, but we have a slimmer body, a different camera module, and more sober gradients for the back. The phone further retains the 3.5mm audio jack.
Keeping up with the current trends, Galaxy F52 5G also brandishes a 120Hz high refresh rate but on a TFT LCD display. The 6.6-inch panel has a circular cutout for the front camera aligned to the right corner.
The Snapdragon 750G octa-core SoC powering the phone is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. There is also the option to add up to 1TB of microSD storage. The software is the latest Android 11-based OneUI 3.1
There are four cameras on the rear - a 64MP primary camera, 8MP ultrawide shooter, 2MP depth sensor, and 2MP macro camera. The 4500mAh battery within supports 25W fast charging.
Samsung Galaxy F52 price and availabilityThe Galaxy F52 is currently available in China in Dusky Black and Magic White colour options. It has been priced at CNY1,999 in China, which roughly converts to INR 22,703 or $310. There is no official word on global availability just yet.
