Developer of the popular video game Cyberpunk 2077, CD Projekt Red will release an update for The Witcher: Wild Hunt next month. The update will be free for all players who own any version of the title. However, for those who haven't purchased the game, the updated version will be available as the Witcher 3: Wild Hunt - Complete Edition.
The Witcher: Wild Hunt gets an update on December 14CD Projekt Red mentions that the new update will come with several improvements, thanks to the hardware capabilities of the next-gen gaming consoles, including dozens of visual, performance-related, and technical enhancements. The additions to the game are support for ray tracing, faster load times, a wide variety of mods, and DLCs inspired by The Witcher web series on the popular OTT platform Netflix, including new weapons and armor for Geralt.
These updates will be available for players of the game on PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S and PC. As mentioned earlier, the update will be live from December 14, 2022. However, the developer has not forgotten players on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
They will also receive an update with numerous additions and improvements, along with the series-themed DLCs. However, this update's release date is not yet known.
