The Apple iPhone 15 is expected to launch with a different design this year because Apple usually changes the design of the iPhone after every three years. There have also been various rumours floating around the internet but today, a new leak revealed a major change in the design of the iPhone 15.
A tipster, chenwen1987, has leaked the CAD files of the iPhone 15 Pro on a local Chinese social media platform known as Douyin.
Apple is reportedly changing the design of its upcoming iPhone models, specifically with regard to its volume and mute controls. The company will now reportedly feature a single button for volume control, replacing the individual volume up and down buttons seen on previous models. The new Taptic button will be pressure-sensitive and able to detect volume up/down presses without physically moving. This could potentially allow for faster volume adjustments when the button detects harder presses, although it's unknown if it will generate haptic feedback like Apple's Force Touch trackpads.

However, it's expected that the regular iPhone 15 and iPhone 15 Plus will continue to have the old physical mute switch. The Taptic volume and lock buttons are expected to be exclusive to the iPhone 15 Pro and iPhone 15 Pro Max models, but there's no word yet on how they will be integrated.
However, in the previous articles, it is mentioned that the Apple iPhone 15 could roll out without buttons, which has been proven wrong according to this render. But then again, we can only confirm this news once the device is out.
