A 4GB variant of the Vivo V9 Pro which was unveiled back in September, is reportedly going on sale more than a month after from November 1. The bezel-less smartphone stilll doesn’t have an official release date, though. On Flipkart, the phone’s landing page lists a 4GB RAM and 64GB storage variant with the banner ‘coming soon’ along with the 6GB variant the company announced at the launch. The Vivo V9 Pro, according to reports, could go on sale during Flipkart’s Big Diwali Sale which also starts from November 1. The 4GB RAM variant is priced at Rs 17,990, during the sale, the company will be selling it a discount of Rs 2,000. Effectively, the Vivo V9 Pro will be priced at Rs 15,990 during the sale which go on till November 5. On the other hand, the 6GB RAM variant will be priced at Rs 19,990. Furthermore, Flipkart is also offering an additional 10 percent discount on Mastercard users if you are paying for the first time using the transaction mode, while users of Axis Bank Buzz Credit Card can get 5 per cent off. The 4GB variant of the Vivo V9 Pro is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC and totus a 6.3-inch FullView Display with FHD+ resolution and 19.5:9 aspect ratio. The screen-to-body ratio of the phone is an astounding 90 percent. There’s 64GB of internal storage to boot which again can be expanded up to 256GB via a microSD card. That’s the same amount of storage as the 6GB RAM variant. The Vivo V9 Pro runs on FunTouch OS 4.0 based on Android 8.1 Oreo. At the back is a 13+2MP dual camera unit with the secondary unit doubling up as a depth sensor. The camera can take AI bokeh shots as well as AI HDR. On the front is a 16MP selfie camera with multiple modes like AI selfie lighting and face beautification. The phone also skips on the in-display fingerprint sensor and has a physical sensor mounted on the rear panel.
