Epic Games has released the version-7.20 content update for Fortnite that brings a slew of new features and additions to the battle royale game. The new patch is a follow-up to the update that was rolled out last week and it adds a new Limited Time Mode (LTM), a new Sneaky Snowman item, along with some performance-related fix for the title. The developers have also decided to vault some of the in-game weapons. Additionally, there is a new community creation called The Block - Omega Pyramid in Fortnite that is created by Directingpete. Do note that as the new content update is an early release, gamers could face some unexpected errors and crashes. Let’s start with the items and weapons added to the game. There is now a new Sneaky Snowman item that has 100 Health and acts as a shield when worn by the player. One can create a destructible snowman by using ‘Primary Fire’ to throw a projectile and ‘Secondary Fire’ to wear the item. Even though all types of movements are allowed, do note that the player wearing the snowman cannot build or use other items. The item is destroyed when its health hits zero or when a player swaps to a different item or building mode. The snowman will be dropped in stacks of five, with a max stack size of 10, and can be found in Floor Loot, Chests, and Supply Llamas. Additional added weapons include the Light Machine Gun, Suppressed Sub-Machine Gun, Revolver, Semi-Auto Sniper Rifle, Smoke Grenade and Remote Explosives. Coming to the Limited Time Mode: Sniper Shootout, players will get to participate in this mode using only scoped weapons. Suppressed Sniper Rifles have been added to the mode, along with Legendary Scoped Pistols that can be found in Supply Drops. In this mode, Floor Loot spawners reduced by 50 percent, reviving "Down But Not Out" teammates in Duos & Squads is deactivated, and profile Stats (K/D & Wins) are tracked as well. Fortnite has also vaulted some items like the Quad Rocket Launcher, Port-A-fortress and the Grappler in Creative mode and has also reduced drop chances of Gliders, Balloons, QUad Crashers and X-4 Stormwings.
