When Xiaomi launched the Redmi Note 7 Pro in India, only the 4GB RAM version of the smartphone was made available for buyers. However, Xiaomi had also announced a 6GB RAM variant with 128GB of internal storage at the time. It seems like Xiaomi is finally making the 6GB RAM variant of the Redmi Note 7 Pro available in the country. The company has officially listed the Redmi Note 7 Pro with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage on its official India website. Compared to the Rs 13,999 price tag of the Redmi Note 7 Pro with 4GB RAM and 64GB of storage, the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage model of the Redmi Note 7 Pro costs Rs 16,999. Both variants of the device will go on sale on April 3 at 12PM on Mi.com as per the listing. However, the 6GB RAM variant of the phone has not yet been listed on Flipkart, where the 4GB variant is expected to be made available at the same time on April 3. Redmi Note 7 Pro Specifications The Redmi Note 7 Pro is famous for its 48MP primary camera setup. The device is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 675 platform, coupled with up to 6GB RAM and up to 128GB storage. It gets a 6.3-inch Full HD+ LTPS display with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and a water-drop notch design. The display and the rear panel of the phone are protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 5. The handset features a USB Type-C port and is backed by a 4000mAh battery with support for Qualcomm Quick Charge 4. In the camera department, the Redmi Note 7 Pro is equipped with a 48MP + 5MP main camera setup. The 48MP camera is Sony’s IMX586 sensor, which is a half-inch stacked CMOS sensor that boasts of better low-light images. This main camera sports an f/1.79 aperture lens. The front camera gets a 13MP sensor that enables face unlock on the device. The Redmi Note 7 Pro runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie. Redmi Note 7 Pro offers Airtel subscribers can get up to 1120GB of 4G data on the purchase of the Redmi Note 7 Pro. Additionally, Airtel users who recharge with Rs 249 or Rs 349 packs can avail double 4G data of 4GB and 6GB per day respectively, up from 2GB and 3GB. Airtel users get to avail this additional data benefit on the first 10 recharges or the first 10 months of using the Redmi Note 7 Pro.
